At the start of the apprenticeship on 1 September, the two companies stela Laxhuber GmbH and stela Steuerungstechnik GmbH & Co. KG welcomed five new apprentices. They are starting their careers at stela in the following apprenticeship professions: office management assistant, metalworker, technical product designer and mechatronics engineer (m/f/d).
During the welcome address by the management team led by Thomas Laxhuber, Rainer Hettwer and Tobias Latein, it was emphasised that these young talents are the future of the company and that the doors of the management team are always open for questions and problems.
After the trainers had been introduced and the trainees had been given an introduction to the company, everyone enjoyed lunch together in the stela canteen. To help the ‘newbies’ get to know important contact points and contact persons within the company, a scavenger hunt was then organised throughout the building. Together with trainees from the second or third year of training, the ‘trainee buddies’, the new trainees got to know internal processes in a playful way.
The leading manufacturer of drying systems supplies customers worldwide and, with over 270 employees, including 25 trainees, is an important employer in the region.
