On Thursday, April 23, 2026, stela participated in the nationwide Girls’ Day and welcomed a total of ten interested students to its facility in Massing. The goal of this event is to give girls a hands-on insight into technical, skilled trades, and future-oriented career fields and to show them new career prospects.
After a brief welcome, the students had the opportunity to explore the various departments and gain direct insights into the day-to-day work of a technology-oriented company. A special focus was placed on hands-on experience: The students had the chance to learn about technical processes, ask questions, and get actively involved. They were able to weld, pack items in the warehouse, design their own projects, and build their own extension cords.
For stela, Girls’ Day is an important part of securing the next generation of talent and skilled workers. By participating in this initiative, we aim to encourage young women to discover their individual strengths and consider career paths in the technical field.
We would like to thank all participants for their keen interest and open dialogue, and we are pleased to contribute to their career orientation and future planning.
