This year's stela end-of-year event took place on Friday, 29.11.2024. Almost 420 guests attended the event, to which employees were allowed to bring their families. The warehouse in Morolding was converted into an event hall for the occasion.
After a standing reception and Santa Claus, the official part of the event began. In his welcoming address, Thomas Laxhuber emphasized that even in the current difficult times, stela has many reasons for such a party, considering the successes of 2024. In his speech, he thanked the staff for their commitment, because “Mia san Mia - Mia san stela!” and handed over to Rainer Hettwer. He honored the employees celebrating 305 years of service at stela. Each and every one of them contributes to the success of the company, said Rainer Hettwer. This year's jubilarians:
10 years: Thomas Grandl, Johann Krawez, David Walter, Florian Nußbaumer, Julia Fuchs, Eszter Szilagyi, Andreas Wimmer, Nadine Aigner, Simon Dellerer, Lukas Hirtreiter
15 years: Marko Reeb, Christoph Höfler, Tobias Schmeisser

25 years: Stefan Asam, Tobias Latein

50 years: Hannelore Ertl
The trainees were then honored for the two trainee projects of the year. The Mini-MUF, a self-built dryer that can be driven on a pedal tractor, and a popcorn machine that was installed in an agricultural dryer. The trainees invested a great deal of creativity and many hours of work. The result: lots of praise and attention at the job fairs!
Finally, there was Christmas market food at the stalls outside, where you could warm up by the fire barrels. A fun trainee performance rounded off the evening, with the band “Taste it” providing the perfect atmosphere.
