This year's stela mountain trip took place on Sunday, October 12, 2025 – this time the destination was the Chiemgau Hochplatte in the Bavarian Prealps.
Early in the morning, a group of around 60 employees set off by bus for Chiemgau. While some took the chairlift to the middle station, others decided to make the ascent on foot. Despite the fog and typical fall weather, the view was impressive. Everyone gradually arrived at the middle station, from where they took different hiking routes – either a scenic circular trail or the path continuing to the summit of the Hochplatte at an altitude of 1,586 meters.
At lunchtime, everyone stopped at an alpine hut, where a shared meal provided refreshment. After a long break – with warm drinks and regional specialties – the group returned to the valley in the afternoon and finally back to Massing.
All in all, it was a successful outing that strengthened the team spirit among colleagues.
