Every year, stela organizes a trainee project to promote the trainees' team spirit and initiative. This is selected and implemented by the trainees themselves with the support of the trainers. This year there were two projects.
The idea was to plan a “highlight” for training and job fairs in order to stand out and attract visitors to the stand. So the idea was born: a pedal tractor with a mini MUF as a trailer, driven by a trainee.
Trainees in the design department were responsible for the design, while a trainee in the purchasing department obtained quotes and monitored orders. The individual parts were assembled in production and the tractor was wired in the control technology department so that it also has indicators and lights. They even built their own wooden garage to store the Mini-MUF safely. The entire team invested many hours and a great deal of commitment in the project, the result of which was a real eye-catcher, and not just at job fairs.
Another innovative idea for the trade fair stand was the integration of a popcorn machine into an agricultural dryer. Under the motto “Great cinema - your training at stela!”, an agricultural dryer was built that produces fresh popcorn instead of dried corn. Once again, the tasks were precisely divided among the trainees.
Both projects are an impressive example of creativity and teamwork, which not only produced functional but also visually appealing results.
The trainees received high praise from the management at the end-of-year event!
