The JUMBO mobile circulation dryer from stela is a further development of the tried and tested MUF mobile circulation dryer. The compact solution for drying grain and other agricultural products offers a clean working environment thanks to an efficient dust extraction unit (in accordance with BImSchG). With its robust design, high energy efficiency and powerful functionality, the JUMBO offers optimum drying with reduced energy consumption.

Drying principle
The JUMBO circulation dryer uses a number of components to ensure efficient and even drying:
1. feed hopper: ensures even distribution of the material to be dried. Ideally suited for front loader loading.
2. shrinkage zone: Reduces the volume of the material during drying.
3. hot air hood: directs the heated air into the dryer.
4. drying and cooling elements: Made of high-quality alloyed aluminum.
5. elevators: These are used to transport the material within the dryer
6. air heaters: Heat the air for the drying process.
7. centrifugal separator: Separates dust particles from the exhaust air.
8. burner: Generates the necessary heat.
9. dust downpipe: Discharges the dust from the dryer.
10. fan: Provides the necessary air flow.
11. exhaust air hood: The access or cleaning opening enables adjustments and quality control.
