Mobile belt drying systems from STELA are the ideal solution for smaller operations that still require high drying capacities. The BTL-A dryer type is particularly suitable for drying not only typical agricultural products such as maize or grain, but also more demanding products such as wood chips or grass seed. This flexibility, which allows the drying products to be changed, means that you as the operator can benefit from higher plant utilization.
Structure of the STELA drying system type BTLA
In contrast to conventional STELA belt dryer systems such as the BT or BTL type, the BTLA is mounted on a base frame. The air technology is located on a separate chassis. This makes the BTLA drying system mobile and easy to install. During convective drying, hot air flows through the drying product. This method enables uniform and efficient drying, which can be optimally adapted to the requirements of the drying product.
The STELA belt drying system BTLA is currently available up to a drying zone length of 14 m and a width of 3 m to meet the requirements of transportation.
