This year's stela Group end-of-year party took place on Friday, November 28th 2025, at the festively decorated Spirklhof in Bodenkirchen. With over 200 employees in attendance, the executive board led by Thomas Laxhuber, Rainer Hettwer, and Tobias Latein looked back on an eventful year.
In his speech, Thomas Laxhuber emphasized that stela is considered a technological market leader and that each and every employee contributes to its success, mentioning the latest innovations as examples. Rainer Hettwer took the floor and together with Tobias Latein, they honored those celebrating long-standing service to the company:
10 years: Stefan Huber, Andreas Ehgartner, Martin Schinagl, Lukas Obergrußberger, Christian Weinberger, Thomas Ortmaier, Heinz Schilhansl
15 years: Bernhard Stummer, Gerald Lude, Rainer Maier, Martin Strell
20 years: Josef Hausberger
40 years: Peter Piller, Fritz Hüller
45 years: Max Lohr
In addition, the trainees who participated in this year's trainee project were honored with a gift and a certificate. The trainee project was a self-built “e-tractor” as an extension of the last project, a “mini-MUF.” This purely electric e-tractor made its first appearance at the Rottal-Inn career fair, where the vehicle and the “mini MUF” were real eye-catchers. In addition to a 3-course meal, the exchange among colleagues ensured a successful evening. At the end, the trainees provided plenty of laughs with a performance: a special review of the year with the funniest events of the year.
