As a developer and manufacturer, we accompany our systems from the planning stage to the functional handover and continue to monitor their performance while in use at the customer's site. In addition to our staff, we continue to share our knowledge by providing maintenance and spare parts services throughout the entire life cycle of the system, long after the original investment project phase has ended.

Spare parts

We can provide you with almost any part quickly from our extensive spare parts warehouse. Thanks to our high degree of vertical integration, we even produce system-specific components in the shortest possible time. We are therefore independent of suppliers and guarantee you not only a short response time, but also availability – even for decades-old systems.

Maintenance

All-round availability in 24/7 continuous operation with the longest possible overall service life requires not only robust system technology, but also good maintenance. We can handle this for you completely or support your employees accordingly. From our office-based scheduling to our field staff, we coordinate all activities with you in advance to guarantee the smoothest, most targeted labour input possible.

From the central initial contact, your request is forwarded to the individual specialist departments and processed further there.

Training

Changes in operating personnel and the renewal and expansion of existing knowledge are important reasons for attending a training course directly from the manufacturer. All courses adhere to a clearly structured format, from teaching theory basics to concrete application in practice. We offer progressive courses with different content depths, whereby the programme depends on the desired learning objectives and prior knowledge of the participants.

Optimisation

As a transitional element between wet raw product and material that can be further processed, the dryer also plays a key role in the overall system concept as a major consumer of thermal energy. The stabilisation of the operation mode and adjustment of the dryer to ensure optimised operation lead to increased satisfaction and greater profitability on the complete process line up to the end product. A prerequisite for optimisation is the prior inspection of the drying system.

Documentation

The basis of all work to ensure the overall service life is the associated project-specific documentation package, which contains the operator-relevant information from engineering to as-built status. Prepared by an in-house technical editorial team, it is your reference work in the event of malfunctions, the independent training of new specialists on the dryer or your communication with our support team.
